School Psychologist
Valley Christian's school psychologist
works with the parents and teachers of students who experience
difficulties at school. Information gathered through observation,
consultation and testing is collected in order to structure appropriate
interventions and suggest useful classroom accommodations.
Psychoeducational assessment (testing), when it is necessary, is
conducted at school during regular school hours. When testing is
complete, parents and teachers meet with the school psychologist to
discuss test results and make plans for the student's academic future.
Valley Christian charges a small fee for this type of testing.
