Admissions Process
Our application form contains four components:
Application for Admission (pdf)
Please complete and return it to the Business Office of Valley Christian Schools with a check in the amount of $395 made payable to Valley Christian Schools.
*This one time application fee per family is charged only to new families enrolling students for grades K-12. This fee is non-refundable unless your family is not interviewed.
*A $200 enrollment fee is due at the time of application for new families enrolling students for preschool. This fee is non-refundable.
Pastor’s Recommendation (pdf)
Please have your pastor complete this form and mail it directly to the Business Office of Valley Christian Schools.
Doctrinal Basis of the Valley Christian Schools (pdf)
Please read and sign The Doctrinal Basis of the Valley Christian Schools and return it to the Business Office of Valley Christian Schools.
Student Information Form (pdf) for Students Entering Grades K –12 - Please have the school that your child is presently attending complete this form and mail it directly to the Business Office of Valley Christian Schools. OR Preschool Family Questionnaire (pdf) for Preschool Students (ages 3 - 5) - Please fill out this form and return it to the Business Office of Valley Christian Schools
Current VCS families who would like to add a child (who is not a current VCS student) for the 2010-2011 year, please complete and submit the applicable forms below, and a copy of the student's last report card and immunization records to the VCS Business Office. International student Application for Admission (pdf)
Please complete and return it to the Business Office of Valley Christian Schools with a check in the amount of $500 (USD) made payable to Valley Christian Schools.
* This one time application fee is charged only to new international families enrolling a student
* The $500 fee is non-refundable, unless your family is not interviewed.
