Boosters Club
Valley Christian Boosters Club exists for the sole purpose of supporting the athletic department in creating a positive Christ-centered experience for our student athletes.
It is our aim to do everything we can to continue to build our program even higher. One of the ways we do this is by assisting all sports at Valley. We do not have a separate boosters club for each sport. This allows funds to go where there is the most need.
Our assistance comes in three forms:
1. Fund-raising: this is our major purpose. Last year's total fund-raising was over $50,000.
2. Supply awards as the coaching staff sees fit. We also sponsor the end of the year Athletic Awards Night.
3. Assist in field preparation and up keep.
The Boosters Club welcomes anyone who wishes to support athletics here at Valley Christian. We have many ways in which you can be involved; assisting in fundraisers, helping with the work on the fields, or helping in the canteen. The most important thing is to just be a part of Boosters and let your voice be heard.
Do you need Parent Sevice Hours?
The VCHS Boosters Club has over 700 hours available to parents who would like to work in the snack bar during home football games. The typical work shift is 2-3 hours beginning around 3:30 in the afternoon with the final shifts end with the Varsity game.
