Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico Spring Break.
Over the last four years; students, staff and parents from the VCHS community have ventured to the Zuni Pueblo community located 30 minutes outside of Gallup, New Mexico. Each spring break the leadership and staff at Zuni christian Mission School honor us with the opportunity to take over classes at the school for four days. The student team spends months prior to the trip, preparing classes in science, art, literature, robotics and outdoor education. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with and learn from the people living on the Zuni Reservation. For information on the Zuni Mission School check out their webpage at www.zunichristianmission.org. This trip traditionally costs $450.00 and we begin accepting applications at the end of September.
