What do I do if my child's iPad is damaged?
If the iPad is still under warranty, the campus technology staff will process the repair or replacement. Please fill out the repair form and either email it to the tech staff or have your child bring it in along with the broken iPad. A loaner will be provided until the iPad is repaired or replaced. Repairs or replacements generally take about 1-2 business days.
If the warranty is expired you will be required to work directly with Apple or a 3rd party repair shop to process the repair. VCS will provide a loaner for up to five school days. After the fifth school day there will be a $5 per day fee for use of the loaner iPad. If you are unable to get the iPad repaired, you can order a new one here.
